It has been a hit and miss with this Boston Market. The staff was friendly last time I went, but not the time before that. It was also dirty and when you walked in, it had this strange smell. The chicken that I got wasn't fresh off the grill, but it was decent. I know I shouldn't be expecting that much from Boston Market, but I just have a higher expectation.

I used to come to this particular Boston Market a lot. But over the past few years, this place seems to be on the decline. The atmosphere in here used to be homely and nice. Now it's dingy and generic. Doesn't make you feel welcome at all. The menu hasn't changed that much, but there have been some changes that are certainly noticeable. I remember they used to have fresh made salads and the best chocolate cake in the area. Now, no more. The food is decent, but I miss the old place this once was. This place lacks soul.

If you're looking for rich, yummy comfort food this is the place for a quick pick up. However, I will warn you... do not have this for lunch and expect to be functional at work. It gives you the straight up itis. I had the turkey meal with the sweet potatoes and creamy mac & cheese and the notorious corn bread. I ate all my food but shortly after, a double shot espresso couldn't keep me awake.

These people that work here are beyond rude. I went there last week and I said, "Hello" into the speaker and got zero response. I then waited to give them a chance to respond. Finally a rude lady came on the intercom a good minute later says, "I'm waiting on you." I explained that I had said, "Hello" a minute or so before with no response. She then rushed me through my order and acted annoyed to even be speaking with me. I drove around to the front and got my food. I spoke with the manager about the lady on the intercom. It seemed as though this wasn't the first time that someone had complained about this one individual.

Ordered a family meal for 5: the new potatoes weren't cooked thoroughly; they were hard and crunchy. To top it off, I pulled a piece of chicken out of my mouth by a strand of hair!! It has grossed me out and infuriated me so much that I now know I'll never go back. I'm giving a one star rating because otherwise, I wouldn't be able to leave a comment. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted to have brought this home to my family.

We spent 15 minutes driving around the area to see what was open on Christmas Day. After almost giving up we noticed the Boston Market was open, or so we thought. We spend 10 minutes in line, once we get to the speaker box the we get a warm welcome. " welcome to boston market we are officially closed " I tell the girl we have been waiting in line. *crickets* no response. I was so upset I just baked up and left.

Ordered a turkey carver and got a chicken carver combo. Not only that there was white hair in my food along with chicken bones in my sandwich. As if this wasn't enough, instead of a Mediterranean salad I got a chicken caesar salad. It wasn't even a new employee who prepared at the station, she had a red shirt (supervisor)and I'm assuming it was her white hair in my food. Very disappointed because I love Boston Market.

Boston Market is definitely popular for lunch. I really hate going from 12-1. at 11:50am you beat the rush of them chicken eaters. Well, I am very happy to say they have two new sides... MORE YUM FOR YOUR TUM. Go if you haven't and try their garlic spinach.

I remember the days when I was that young school girl and I would exclaim, "this is the best chicken I've ever had!" whenever mom brought home family meal from Boston Market (I was young, okay?). My family love their chicken, mashed potato with gravy, buttered corn and their corn bread and I still look fondly at our Boston Market family dinners. It's been years since I've last eaten Boston Market chicken. I think it's high time I make another trip some time in the near future.
